triple-O system


The triple-O ozone system is a unique patented system for disinfecting liquids and air.

It combines the oxidating properties of Ozone and Chlorine and uses a special way of dosing the Ozone in very small concentrations. This combination of Ozone and aerated Chlorine has proved to be most effective for water disinfection.

Because of the special way of preparation and dosing the Ozone, it is possible to obtain a very high efficiency at low concentrations.

The triple-O system does not any pre- or after treatment; it works with only one stage, so it is much simpler and more compact than conventional systems.

Other advantages of the triple-O concept are the low initial investment, little space required and low operational costs (energy use similar to light bulb). The triple-O system is used a lot for swimming pools, but also for industrial processes like fish and meat processing and cooling tower systems where bacterial growth can be a problem.

Ozone production

In the triple-O system the Ozone is generated by leading atmospheric oxygen through a high voltage corona. A venturi in a by-pass flow creates an under pressure, which sucks the air through the Ozone generator tubes. When the ozonized air comes in the venturi, it mixes very intensively with the water and comes almost immediately into the main flow. It improves the water quality by oxidizing the bacteria, viruses, algae, oil, urea and other kinds of contamination.

After use the Ozone converts back to Oxygen, so that there will be no dangerous or contaminating rest products.

Because the triple-O system works with low concentrated ozone and the generators are made out of high quality components, the required energy is reduced to a minimum (can be compared with a 100 Watt light bulb).
