The

load, like raw juice filtration in sugar factories or as a first stage for waste

Specific characteristics
The drum sieve is made
completely out of stainless steel.
The drum is constructed from wedge wire. This has very good cleaning abilities,
so that there is almost no chance of blocking.
The product flows through the inlet to the drum. The liquid flows through the
drum, while the contamination remains on its surface and is removed at the front
by an adjustable scraper. The cleaned products leaves the filter at the bottom.
Further there are spraying nozzles for an additional cleaning of the drum.
The drum and complete
construction are made out of stainless steel.
The drum rotates by means of a motor with reductor at 10 rpm.
The drum sieve can be provided with level switches, which adjust the rotation
speed to the amount of contamination.
